Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over who own their own or rent their home.  Rental properties will need to get the permission of the landlord.
  2. This competition excludes employees and agents of Taurus Fitted Bedrooms Limited, their close relatives, and anyone connected with the organisation or competition judging.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person per social media account.  Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  6. The competition opens on Friday 10th December at 10 am. The Closing date for entries will be 11.59 pm on Monday 31st January 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. Taurus Fitted Bedrooms reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an act of nature or any actual/anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  8. Taurus Fitted Bedrooms is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  9. You may not submit on another individual’s behalf. Agency and third-party submissions will not be accepted.
  10. Your entry must not include any of the following:
    1. Pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other sexually-explicit material;
    2. Explicit language or content, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities;
    3. Content which brings or is likely to bring the Company or its website into disrepute;
    4. Material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other basis; Content owned by any party other than the entrant or the Company;
    5. Material that is unlawful, or which may constitute a criminal offense.
  11. Any entry which does not comply with the above restrictions, in the sole discretion of the Company, will be disqualified from the Competition.
  12. You agree that the Taurus Fitted Bedrooms may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
  13. The prize consists of a fitted bedroom worth £2,500 provided by Taurus Fitted Bedrooms.
  14. The prize is as stated, nett of discount and includes delivery and fitting. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. If a prize is selected by the winner at a higher cost to the prize value, the difference must be paid by the winner before the prize is produced.
  16. Winners will be chosen at random by an appointment judge selected by Taurus Fitted Bedrooms.
  17. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Taurus Fitted Bedrooms reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  18. Taurus Fitted Bedrooms will notify the winner when and where the prize can be claimed/is delivered.
  19. Taurus Fitted Bedrooms decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English and Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
